- If the entry is about an employee in your hierarchy you should see the entry. If you don’t the employee is not listed as being in your hierarchy and you should contact your organizational admin who can properly assign the employee.
- If the entry is about an employee outside of your hierarchy, the software is functioning properly and the new entry will be available to those in the employee’s hierarchy.
I created an entry and received notification that “The incident has been created” but I don’t see it.
