Deleting Incidents – May only be performed by the admin user. 

  • Go to the “View” section and open the incident to be deleted. 
  • Click “Delete” and confirm. 


Deleting Comments and Attachments – May only be performed by the admin user.

  • Go to the “View” section and open the incident containing the comment or attachment to be deleted. 
  • Click the delete symbol beside the comment or attachment. 
  • Confirm.
