Your organization should have provided you with a link to the log on screen, a user name, and temporary password. 


Notice the information section below the log on box. This is a link to the GT blog where you will find articles, tips on leadership, upgrades, and more.


If you forget your password you will receive a “Forgot My Password” prompt. Click this link to receive an email with a temporary password.


Not Receiving Email? You must enter the correct user name in order to receive this email. If the user name is correct and no email is received then it could be getting thrown into a spam or junk folder. You can mark hosting@guardian-tracking.com and noreply@guardian-tracking.com as safe email addresses. Contact your admin user for assistance.


When you login for the first time you will be taken to the “Account” page and prompted to change your password.


Try to create a strong password by using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • Enter a new password then confirm it. 
  • Confirm or add your email address. 
  • Save your changes. 
  • Go to the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Select “Documentation”, then select “Home”.
