There are several reasons why you may not be receiving email alerts:

  1. Your email address has not been added to the account page.
    • Go to the account page to add your email address.
  2. The individual named in the entry is not in your hierarchy.
    • Emails are subject to the hierarchy.  If the person is direct, or indirect subordinate, contact your GT admin to make the necessary changes. 
  3. Your email preferences need to be changed.
    • Go to the account and make necessary adjustments.  Some of the alerts have options for "direct" and "any" subordinate.
  4. Emails could be getting thrown into a spam or junk folder.
    • You can mark and as a safe email addresses.
